Elliptical machine and calories burned
When my boyfriend and I started going to the gym all I could do was 10 minutes on the eliptical.....put me on a treadmill and I can walk all day (several years ago I did the avon 40 miles in 2 days walk). I'm now up to 30 minutes on the eliptical. Then it's off to the weights, another 20 on either the eliptical or bike and several laps around the track and stretching. We go 3-4 days a week giving our bodies a chance to recoup on our off days.

I think if you do the same exercise over and over day after day your body becomes conditioned to it. You need to switch it up and do something different.

Music helps me not get bored on the eliptical!! Before you know it, you're done with your time.
