Time of the month!!! i refuse to be weighed
One of the best things when carrying extra water is to drink more water. I know it sounds crazy but it truly does work

use to be 304 lb
wow way to go. It is so much better if you do it on your own. I started at 233 and now I am at 188. Just change how much and what I was eating and got my butt off the couch. I now work out at least 5 times a week and I love it. I still have a long way to go but I am getting there.
