Hello My name is Ita Lucas , I am a 42 year old woman living in Madrid Spain with my daughter Jamie who is 11 and my husband Peter.

I want to join FS to loose weight as I am addicted to everything that is fattening and I absolutely love carbs and sugar.

I feel so much more confident and happy when I am thinner and I think this shows in a more positive attitude.

I really want to loose 14lb and try to stay focussed to do exercise and eat healthy not sugar and carbs.

I hope also to meet other people / friends where we can motivate each other with receipes and encouragement.

Thank you every body I really hope we can help each other to keep focussed and motivated. I know we can do it and believe in ourselves Smile

I am wondering should we do a weekly weigh in? Not sure for those of you who have been on here longer than me what is the best way do you think for us buddies work together.

Of course we need to give support and idea's to each other but any other thoughts?

Hello my name is Ita and today is my first day on FS and I thought it would be really nice to have a diet buddy.

I need to loose 14lb of weight before my vacation in December and I would love to have a friend to go through this journey with.
