I am a 72 year old female who is trying to eat healthier and lose some weight at the same time. I want to do it slowly. I have some health issues that prevent me from exercising on a regular basis. I do still can shop if I hold onto a buggy. It is hard to stay positive sometimes. My husband has also joined me in this venture. He has lost 40 lbs. and I have lost 15 since beginning. He is more active than me. We live on a small island right on the Gulf of Mexico. I enjoy reading all the posts and will continue to do so.
Update- Jan. 17, 2017- I stopped logging in for awhile, but I am back, I did well. Not too much gained. I can't seem to get the scale moving down. But I will continue to do what I can. If I ate what I really wanted to, I would weigh a lot more than I do. Keeping on keeping on!
