My weight loss cycle - do any of you have a similar experience?
Same here I wish I could only weight myself once a week I've tried I can't seem to do it - my weight loss is very slow but it is going down that all that matters!!

Tips
My husband is my worst nightmare he doesn't gain weight and have to have two or three desserts every night after eating a big dinner!!! I have leared to live with it - try to cook extra protein - I eat a lot of left overs which makes it easy for me to stay in control.

What is Happening?
Hi - I weight myself every day and I know now that in the middle of the week I always go up for no reason - at the end of the week I always use Saturday as my weight in day I am always down. It's weird! Keep on doing what your doing.

How Long to Stay in Induction
Hi Carly's Mom - you sound just like me! I added a couple things - 1/4 cup on almonds a day and sugar free jello and whipped cream and I am happy staying with those few additions for now. Although I was away on vacation recently which mean I didn't have total controll over what I was eating I paid for it by being up a few pounds when I got back and feeling yuckie - went right back on lost all but .2 of the weight I gained in a week and feel much better. Good luck!!
