I am a Married 40 year old from N.C. My weight has always been up and down but since I had my 2 girls back to back ( they are 14 mos. apart and 7 & 6 years old now) I have battled with my weight. I hope to lose 40 lbs. so I can feel better about myself and for my health. I went back to work almost 2 years ago and before that I had managed to lose 35 lbs but I work nights and have put back 20 lbs :(

Has anyone continued Phase 1 after the nine days? I think I would be content to do it longer with maybe a chicken breast or shrimp once in a while.
