LCHF: No carb, High fat/Ketogenic Diet...Now the Keto CARNIVORE DIET.
Ok guys I am 77 now but look 50. I have tried every weight loss diet out there, sometimes losing weight and then regaining it back....My health is still good but I believe this is going to be my last shot in life to get it all together an lose my belly fat. I ride a bike and walk,,,love boats the water and outdoors in the country. I love to experiment with new receipts when cooking and baking. My friends tell me I am pretty good at it. Could that also be part of my weight loss problem. Well here goes , I will give this a fair try....I do get bored soon.

This is what i am doing on weight loss....LCHF Keto 95% Carnivore eating....I just try to balance out fat 70 grams or more...protein 25 or less grams and carbs less than 5 grams...this is a new way of eating for me...seems my energy is just great and losing all taste of chips and sweets....that was always my problem...late night snacks. i feel really in control for the first time in my life. also have added intermittent fasting...and bullet proof coffee to my diet...which is skipping one or more meal each day....that really helps in keeping your eating down. plus it is delicious.

It healed me of my diabetes and lower my dependence on medicine for high blood pressure to 1 tablet a week...Doctors could only do so much. That is when i discovered KETO...I love this life style. This is not a diet for me. It's a life style change. Spend a little quite time with some of the videos below

Newbie Keto question..Help, Please
Pam if you are doing keto the range for carbs is 5%. and your fat needs to be very high cause you will get constipated. too much protein and your body will use that the same as carbs. which will cause you to stall or even gain weight. Get the ratios correct and the fat will fall off without hunger....Log all your food each day and watch the pie chart at the bottom of your food log...shoot for close to 75% fat, 20% protein and 5% carbs...It will take a little practice but you can get there...

Thank you pandasmom for your comment on Forskolin. i did a google search on it and i see you guys are on too, many bad write ups...$40-$45 bottle..this stuff is feed to rats as a poison...sure make you lose weight if it don't kill you first....we need to ban these people when they sign up and on the same day try to sell there crap...sign up same day with bio feed back info or weight...who are they fooling. You people can hit the road jack and don't come back no more. Dr. Phil is full of crap also....he does not talk about LCHF diet at all...you only buy what he is selling...i use to follow him all the time.
