I am 44 and over 60 lbs overweight. I have 2 children 19 and 20.
I am a substitute teacher. I live in North Carolina. I lived in Colorado Springs for 21 years. I live in the country where there are no gyms. I use to be fit and cute. Now I am fat and ugly. I have really let myself goooooo. I miss my friend in Colorado. I was in the Air Force. My husband has been encouraging to me but I just hate the way I look. It keeps me away from functions where I could possibly make friends. The WW meeting in this little town is nice but I keep paying and never losing weight. That is my fault. I am not blaming no one but myself. I know this sounds so shallow. I am letting my weight cloud my judgement.
I do love children so much. I would like to find a postion that I could work with handicapped children. I feel my weight is stopping me from getting a great job. I interview but do not get the job.

What do you know about Sensa?
I have been tempted in ordering it off of shop nbc. But I just hate the idea of using something foreeign in my body. The reviews are horrible, so I am very skeptical.

I just ned to really get on the bandwagon, what is a great way to just do it.
Razz Razz Razz I would like to really get serious and it is so hard to just start again. I need a boost. What are some great ideas that get me going again.

2, 000 calories a day?
If I thought that I only needed 1500 calories or less I would not be a member of fatsecret. I struggle with the 1200 to 1500 calories each day. But I have to do it to lose this weight. I might be fine when I am skinny but right now it is a struggle.

What is some really Great SKIN CARE ANY ONE PLEASE
Thank you guys so much will try all of them. This cannot hurt. Ihave some coconut oil and I have plenty of fish oil with omega and flax seed I will use them all. Will go and buy some witchhazel. Thanks.
