Ok I am updating my Bio, That's me driving down the road after getting my hair cut.

I'm 28 and seperated right now, I am looking for a job right now. I was previously an insurance agent. I just moved back home trying to get me straight and get on track for a new life for me and my kids. I have struggled with my weight my whole life. When I was younger I couldn't gain it and now I can't lose it. I have a dog named Rocky. I am hoping to join a fitness center here soon. I will be walking on the walking trails when the weather is cool enough.

My goals
Lose 6 pounds by Easter April 12th : 3/15/09
Lose 10 pounds by May Day May 6th : 4/15/09
Lose 15 pounds by Basic Training
Graduation Day June 5th : Lost 10
Lose 20 pounds by Father's Day
June 21th :
Lose 25 pounds by Chelsea's First
Day of School Aug. :
Lose 30 pounds by Labor Day Sept 7th :
Reach Goal Lose 37 pounds by my
birthday Oct. 3rd :

Some Promises I have made myself are
To workout 5 days a week for at least 30 minutes, let myself make mistakes without getting discouraged, give myself treats and rewards even for the smallest achievement, live each day to the fullest and follow my Lord's will and not my own.

I was looking for my weight watchers points as well today when I entered my food and the box was not in preferences. I thought oh I must need to check the box. This is something we will need to figure out together for sure.

I have a very low will power during that time, so I do my best to keep sweets out of the house and stock up on the good stuff. Fresh fruit and veggies to help me get through. If I have a pan of brownies or cookies I will eat them until they are gone. I wish you the best and hope to find that cure. God Bless!

OK - I'm new here...
I also know that the part that has your diet averages all your entries that are showing on your calendar. So yours is an average I don't know about the other diet part. (I had gotten curious and averaged mine just to see.) The exercise is the same way.

New mother!
After I had my daughter I had a little less than 4 months before our wedding and I had to lose weight to fit into my wedding dress, I had already bought before I found out I was pregnant. I did pilates and walked and kept my calories to 1400-1600 a day to make sure you have enough fuel to take care of that baby. I lost about 15 pounds in that time.

Thanks a lot for your info. and it is very helpful. I am working very hard to get in shape and look good if there is something that I need to work on to get there I would rather know now than later.
