I am a retired teacher/principal who calls New Brunswick, Canada home. Have steadily gained weight over the years and tried lots of diets but have not had the will power to stick to one. However, I have been diagnosed with prediabetes and MUST lose the weight!

I decided to record just once a week - on Friday- as it must be crazy for person doing the recording when people report everyday and on Saturday I am usually gone for the weekend! This was not a great exercise week for me but tomorrow is start of week three I guess so will try to get with it each day.

Thursday, May 29th - no exercise really
Friday, May 30: 30 minutes walking, 20 minutes hauling out rest of those darn nails, 10 minutes garden work

I am off to camp tomorrow so will be exercising by painting, putting up wall trim, sawing the trim, putting up curtains so recording at least 180 minutes. no computer there to record so doing it now.
