I have been doing this amazing weight loss program. I have lost 70 lbs. and dropped 6 sizes since the end of June. (And I’m not done yet!) Before becoming involved in this program, I struggled with my weight and tried lots of different plans to lose it. Nothing I tried worked. In mid-June, I ran into a friend who shared with me she had lost 60 lbs. (She’s lost 115 since then and is my inspiration!) I was interested in what she was doing but I was also very skeptical because I was just coming from another failed weight loss attempt. Well, guess what! I’m not failing this time! And even though I have a very busy life, I don’t have to do a lot of thinking about the program and find that I only have to plan one meal a day, and that’s dinner. At the end of the day, I am eating, I’m not hungry, my energy level is high and I’m losing weight. I have done so well that I’ve been asked to be a Health Coach and that’s why I want to share this amazing program with anyone who is interested.
