I'm 26 years old and have always struggled with my weight. I love food and come from a Greek background, so a lot of family activities revolve around food.
For the first time in my life I'm losing weight the healthy way. Its taking longer to loose the weight but I'm OK with that :) It has become more of a healthy lifestyle change then a diet.
My new motto is "Everything in Moderation" and just be mindful of whats going into your mouth. Good old fashion calorie counting is working for me and I haven't felt deprived of anything.

Wine!
I think having the occasional class of wine is ok. I usually have some over the weekend when I'm out with friends or my bf. I include it in my daily calorie allowance and eat less carbs through out the day. I go for a dry low cal white wine and often dilute it with soda water. Anyway I've heard the occasional glass of red wine can be good for you, so enjoy your time with your hubby and have fun Smile
