In my early 20's I gained and then lost 60-70lbs; I have managed to keep most of it off. One thing I never took seriously was exercise, now in my late 20's I realize that the key is exercise. I have been able to maintain a steady weight, but I've never been happy with how I look, all thanks to a lack of exercise.
I am a 29-year-old MBA students as well as a program manager at the local utility company. In my search for balance in all areas of my life, I have found that fitness is one of the areas I am severely lacking in and I am looking forward to getting back on track.
I live with my fiance and our morkie, Larry. My fiance and I are getting married this September, so what better time to start this fitness journey than right before wedding pictures?
