Bikram Yoga (Hot Yoga)
Bikram is some major yoga...I survived about 15 minutes the last class I tried!! You are a rock star...and I would be equally frustrated!! Looks like Kara found a good resource though!! Keep up the Bikram!!

I'll check it out...I've done cleanses in the past and I agree they are a worthwhile investment...at least for me.
