Hey gang.

I've had quite some fluctuation going these last few days, and it went all crazy over the weekend.

From Saturday to Sunday I lost 5 lbs. Then I gained them all back this morning.

The Fatsecret ticker has interpreted this gain like this:



I was laughing SO HARD when my buddy JP pointed it out.

Down from 60" waist jeans since June 21st 2012.

Still keeping to my 26" jeans, but they are too tight for comfort. too many tasty things in the US, and over Xmas.

So... doing the math... My Exercise thingy stay I burn around 2600-3000 calories per day. Let's say 2800. That's burning 19,600 calories per week.
To gain a lb of fat I need to eat 3500 calories more than I burn. I need to gain 37 lbs in a week. So this is 19,600 plus 37 times 3500. This equals 149,100 calories per week.
This gives me a daily RDI of 21,300 if I want to keep my progress. I think I need to get going. Smile

Well... I once did the math on a 14 inch "personal" pizza, Denmark style. Just an average pizza with various meats and veggies. One of those would be 1500 calories. So all in all it would be 14 of those in a day, and then a little more.
Any other suggestions as to howmuch 21,300 calories could cover?

Haha! Too much - love it. I have been grumbling for a while that the fat ticker should average over time. I like your interpretation though. 21300 cals a day should do it. You could round up to 22000 just for neatness. A wheel of cheese might work, there's about 100 calories in an ounce, and you could have some wine with it.
