First of all. it is not me in the picture. Its just my motivation to remember were do I wanna get.
I was a model and a dancer. Allways aware of my health, body, general fitness. allways also in the limits with anorexia, I had a strong willpower and dieting was never hard, neither weightloss
but I started dating and my parter disliked my general exposition so I gave up my carreer. After an accident which unabled me to walk I gained several pounds over my healthy weight. Ive lost most of it in recent months but Im finding hard to lose the final 10 pounds to be back in my usual weight. Specially because it seems I dont quite realise how much I eat. thats why fatsecret is so important to me. I can track everything.
after 2 years with no physical activity I find hard to gather strenght to excersive and my willpower and motivation is really low.
