I can't believe it...
Hmmm...have you talked with your dietician about how many calories you need a day? Either that or when you add your calories in to fatsecret, you can find your daily calories by setting them according to your level...and if you eat too few calories, your body can tend to hang on to everything you eat...
Also, something to consider...are you eating enough fiber?

I smiled today because...
I totally ripped this off from somewhere else, but I wanted to start thinking a bit more positively and try not to always focus on the negative. Don't worry, I'm not a PollyAnna but I do want to spread some cheer and maybe make someone ele's day...
I smiled today beacuse, even though I had not done my makeup, hair or clothes, I got checked out! I was at the laundromat and in my cleaning clothes, and totally was eyed over in the good way Smile As I've said before...I'm going to miss these breasts when they go Wink

Time management
I am not living with my husband so cooking for one just seems pointless. If I'm really in a bind or really don't feel like making one thing, I'll use tv dinners, or just throw a salad together. I have been trying to throw a few chicken breasts or lean steak in the oven over the weekend and then I have them to throw in the mike during the week Smile
