56 yrs. old, and I've been dieting for 10 yrs. I've lost just over 40 lbs, that's an average of.....you know, not great. Although I have kept off the weight I want to get the last 30 lbs off. This body just does not want to, lol. I try to be content with my weight loss journey, but truthfully, I want better results. One thing I have not ever done is journal my diet, so that is why I'm here. Still learning to understand exactly what I'm eating and the macros, etc. Well, here's to the next 10 yrs, I will never give up trying.
