performance: losing 1.6 lb a week
In October 2012 I reached my highest weight ever at 255 lbs. By January of 2014 I want to be at my goal weight of 130 lbs. With eating low carb and exercising I should be able to easily obtain this. If it happens sooner than 2014 I will be absolutely delighted. Once I get to this point I will re-evaluate and see if I feel that I need to lose more weight or not. According to all of the size charts for my height of 5'2" I should weigh between 102-123. I just think I'll be looking sick by that point.

I have given a little more time than I think is necessary just to make sure I don't set myself up for failure by missing a goal because I simply didn't give myself enough time to reach it.
