Well I'm seeing a trend--that I don't like.Again--In August of 2013 I reached an all time high of 257lbs. So, my new goal is 130 lbs by January 2016. We are going to go back to low carb as a family this time instead of just me doing low carb. We will also be exercising at least 5 days a week but trying for daily.

In October 2012 I reached my highest weight ever at 255 lbs. By January of 2014 I want to be at my goal weight of 130 lbs. With eating low carb and exercising I should be able to easily obtain this. If it happens sooner than 2014 I will be absolutely delighted. Once I get to this point I will re-evaluate and see if I feel that I need to lose more weight or not. According to all of the size charts for my height of 5'2" I should weigh between 102-123. I just think I'll be looking sick by that point.

I have given a little more time than I think is necessary just to make sure I don't set myself up for failure by missing a goal because I simply didn't give myself enough time to reach it.

Low carb doesn't have to be super expensive. Keeping it simple will help reduce costs greatly. We usually do a meat and one or two veggies. Very quick and easy and actually really inexpensive. Eggs are pretty cheap for breakfast--add cheese and veggies to change it up some. Salads are generally cheap and easy.
