TY MISSYCHICK21! Read your post today on the kinect game. I got the biggest loser last xmas and loved it. The first week I lost 18 lbs. I did pretty good for a couple of months, but as with everything, I fell off the wagon of exercise. Well thank you girl for reminding me of how great it does feel to exercise!!

How Often Do you weigh yourself?
I like to weigh myself each morning after visiting the john. If I hit a plateau I'll skip 3-4 days, so I don't get discouraged.
