Hi, my name is Melissa and I am 26 years old. I have 2 children ages 7 years and 4 years both with ASD and my oldest has ADHD. Before my first child I weighed a pretty healthy 130 but then with the kids came the weight and I couldn't seem to lose it no matter what I did. I want to be healthy for myself and my family...so here's to my journey :)


Mini-goals:
225- 10% down and hopefully get my back fixed.
199-I want to be below 200 again
150-
145-Healthy BMI
130-My pre first pregnancy weight and about the middle of healthy weight for my BMI.

I hope I can get this low but I'm not sure how close I will get. 145 will make me happy if I can't get any lower.

I haven't figured out any rewards yet...but I'm sure I will. Losing the weight is a pretty big reward for myself :)

Thank you Monet Smile I really appreciate you sharing the advice from your nutritionist. I bought a food scale a while ago when I did Atkins so I've got the weighing thing down lol.

Thank you very much Obsidian Smile It really was not my attempt to cause an argument. I just hoped that I could get some advice from other people who might have had the opportunity to research sweeteners more in depth than I have. Also, I don't claim to be brilliant and I can't understand a lot of the scientific information that usually comes with the factual sites.

Kwisin- I have looked things up and researched things but sooo much stuff online is crap and between raising my 2 disabled children and trying to manage a healthy WOE I don't always have the time to weed through all the crap to find the 1 fact posted on the internet. This is a support site so if I want to ask questions for support I believe that's my right, thank you.
