I'm 36 years old and have struggled with weight problems for as long as I can remember. In the last 3 years I have had 2 children and have lost control of my weight.
My health has declined and the pounds have added up in the last year and a half. So before there is any real damage to my health, I have decided to make a change and get moving and eating right. I started exercising in February, and lost 20 lbs by July, but my diet wasn't the greatest. The scale stopped moving, so I knew I needed to try something new to get my weight loss revved up again. So I joined FS and started the Induction Phase of Atkins this week. I have 60 more pounds to lose and hope that once I meet my goal I will feel better, and be healthier for me and my family.
