Hi my name is Marilyn Buckner, I am 54yrs old an I have had a weight problem all my life. I went to weight watchers and lost 72lbs in the 80's I even worked for them for a while. I kept my weight under control until 1997 and I got a connective tissue disease had to go on steriods and I have gained about 100lbs I am very unhappy with myself and once again I am starting over with the ww diet because I know it works. Hi to all from alabama
Hello I am a yo-yo dieter. I lost 72lbs. on ww years ago I even worked for them doing meetings. I probably walked a million miles and kept my weight under control until 1997 when I got an auto immune disease and had to go on steroids which I gained 100lbs. I am following ww again because I know it works. I really like this site, I enjoy reading these post it keeps me motivated.
