Here's the scoop; The day I had my son I weighted 202lbs! That was february of 2012. A week later I weighed 177. So there I was thinking breast-feeding was going to help me get back to my before baby weight... (140) SO did not happen! Instead I put on like 10lbs! I got a wake up call that day. I went on a cleanse and got down to 175. That's when I decided to start calorie counting and found fatsecret. so here I am on this difficult journey (of making sure I don't eat everything that looks good.)And so long to my "just one bite"s.

since we're all being completely honest here... Other than obvious health benefits, I wanna be thin so I can wear skimpy little outfits. Very Happy I want to wear a nice form fitting dress san-pouch. I want to get in a bikini and feel proud and sexy. Once in my life I want to rock one of them tiny midriff bearing shirts all the girls my age are wearing.... Before I'm too old to rock them. I want to wear short shorts in the summer!

Doesn't sound like you need to lose anymore... I dream of the day I might have a "wash board" abs. Mostly so I can dress like a slutVery Happy Maybe not a slut, but I want to wear a midriff bearing shirt or a skin tight little dress to the club or something. Before I'm too old to dress like that. Lol Oh! And wear bikinis.

Calorie deficit. Which is more important, per day or per week?
I've recently tried to include some "fasting" days in my week... ( just so I don't have to deprive myself too much on the weekend Smile i tend to eat alot more on the weekends when my hubs home. They actually turned out to be eat "less than 550 kcals days" instead. ( I got weak). I'll try again next week.

I got on implanon a few months ago and wondering...Does birth control really cause weight gain?..
