I guess it's time to update my bio, since my situation has changed from originally joining years ago.
I've been on this health roller coaster most of my adult life (like many of you). I've bounced back and forth from the 300's to the low 200's several times. I even dropped to the high 170's almost 20 years ago. You'd think at 57 years old, I'd know better. Actually, with the experience of getting to 177 lbs, I DO know better. The knowledge that I gained it all back haunts me at times because I remember how good I felt at the lower weight. If reading this bio helps someone else to maintain their lower weight, then it's served it's purpose.
Well, enough of that. I'm back and moving the scales downward again. I've met several buddies on FS over the years and it really does help for someone to have your back, so thank you buddies for what you've done in the past and hopefully, the future help you'll provide. I'll also try to support you too.

Second goal: 280 lbs
Third goal: 260 lbs
Fourth goal: 240 lbs
Fifth goal: 220 lbs
Final goal: 200 lbs
I'll review where I want to be at this point.
