female, involved Grad student. I have decided to let my body choose its final weight healthily. I am not overweight anymore, and I will let my body settle. I have now met my goals, and am still shedding weight. My body was ready for this. Besides that these (in my profile pic)are my size 18 dress pants that fit this past Spring. I now wear a 2, life is pretty spectacular. You can do anything!
