I am turning 27 later this year. I have been over 200 for at least five years now. I don't know when I got there, I could say it did sneak up on me but, I just did not care at the time. My highest weight was 261 in February of this year. I have a family that just does not care what weight I am, they love me no matter what. However, I am tired of hurting all the time, not being able to shop in 'normal' stores, and not having the energy to keep up with my kids. So here I am, I know I will need help and small goals are the way to go. My over all goal is to get down to 155, like everyone I wish for it to be overnight, but I am ready for the work I know it will take.
Goal one: Get under 200, hopefully by the end of this year.
