Weeks 1 to 10

Exercise is not a dirty word

Guidelines:
"Losing Weight" is a useless term. Our goal is to lose fat and/or gain muscle. Let's shoot for cardio interval training at least 5 times per week. Cardio combined with weights is the best way to increase muscle while decreasing fat. If you can't get to the gym, no problem... there are hundreds of excellent DVD's available (Jillian Michaels, Billy Blanks, etc.)

Guidelines:
Pick a goal - 1 Lb. per week, 2 Lbs. per week, etc. Adjust your RDI to guarantee that you will hit your numbers (don't forget to include your exercise sessions in your calculations.)
