I AM A MOTHER OF 2 AND THEY BOTH HAVE FLOWN THE COUP AND ALTHOUGH MY OLDEST LIVES NEXT DOOR TO ME MY YOUNGEST IS ACROSS COUNTRY... (TEARS)

I AM STARTING TO DO A LOT OF FOCUSING ON MYSELF AND THE THINGS I LIKE AND WANT FOR ME. AND ALTHOUGH I HAVE A SUPER SUPPORTIVE HUSBAND WHO LOVES ME NO MATTER WHAT WEIGHT I AM
I AM UNHAPPY
I KNOW THERE IS NO MAGIC PILL OR DIET THAT WILL MAKE ME SUPER SKINNY AND HAPPY, SO I AM LOOKING FOR THE RIGHT COMBINATION FOR ME ALONE...

I HAVE BEEN ON THIS SITE FOR A COUPLE OF YEARS AND IF YOU READ MY WEIGHT HISTORY I DID GREAT FOR A WHILE ON ATKINS LOSING 30 LBS TOTAL BUT WITH NEGLECT (OF MYSELF) I GAINED ABOUT 15 OF THAT BACK AND WHAT I REALLY WANT IS TO GET BACK ON THE TRACK OF A HEALTHY LIFE STYLE AND WHAT WORKS FOR ME ALONE.
I HAVE BEEN DOING INTERMITTENT FASTING FOR ABOUT 5 MONTHS FAST 16 HOURS EAT 8 AND I HAVE DONE WELL ON IT .. I LIKE IT AND IT HAS KEPT THE WEIGHT FROM COMING BACK ON (I WAS EATING REALLY BAD ON MY 8 HOURS)
BUT, NOW I AM WORKING ON EATING HEALTHY WITH IN THE 8 HOURS AND HAVE RECOMMITTED MYSELF TO A LOWER CARB APPROACH WHICH I FEEL IS THE BEST PLAN FOR ME...WHAT I NEED TO WORK ON IS THE LONG TERM PLAN AND THE LIFE CHOICES THAT I WILL HAVE TO MAKE FOREVER TO KEEP IT OFF!!!

what can i substitute in my coffee for cream?
i drink half and half as my "milk" 2oz at dinner
i read that half and half was okay...

way to change a weight you previously entered
i did the same thing on accident ... but if you go to record a historical weight a calender will come up just select the date you got wrong and enter the new weight.. this worked for me my line graph was all wacky ... hope this helps
