Hi guys..since the beginning of the year, when I really started out hard again on SB, i've gone from 176.5 lbs to 159.5 (17 pounds!!) To say i feel better is an understatement...i feel GREAT! i thought it would be fun if we came up with a little motivational list..all the things that are better about our lives now that we are beginning to reach our healthy, happy goal weights. i'll start out with the first couple...


1. CONFIDENCE! I'm so much more willing to go up and talk to new people now that I feel proud of the way I look.
2. My cooking ability Smile having to experiment with all these new types of food has made cooking easier and tons more fun too!

4. HEALTH: I literally feel 10 times healthier eating the right foods and exercising. I have stopped taking some meds because of my new lifestyle. I hope to see my triglycerides go down to normal after being in the 400 range for a LONG time.

5. SAVINGS: I can stop buying FAT clothes and get back into those clothes in my closet.

6. RELATIONSHIP: My husband and I are doing this together and have grown really close through the process. He has already lost about 25-30 pounds with only 15 more to go. We are super supportive of each other and have decided to make this a lifestyle change together.

17. My knees don't hurt as much when I walk upstairs (or downstairs).

18. Spike high heels can be worn for more that 5 minutes. And they look SO-O-O cool!Cool OK, boys you can try this too if you want! Laughing

20. Seat belts: I should be able to fit in the ones in those small airplanes! Sad Without asking for an extension!

28.The disappearance of rolls-you know the ones under your chin and across the middle and drifting down the thighs...those rolls go away and we're left with the shape we were meant to be before we stretched it all out. I'm loving watching the rolls disappear.

Try this its working for me
the math is done just once to have an idea that you are eating within the guidelines you desire. I did the math and use the FS site to enter all the food i ate until I figured out the amount I could eat ...
