Slow Cooker Turkey Joes

Turkey Joes made in the slow cooker.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. In non-stick skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat.
  2. Add turkey and onion. Cook (stir occasionally) until turkey is no longer pink. Drain.
  3. Spray slow cooker with cooking spray. In slow cooker combine remaining ingredients except buns.
  4. Stir in turkey mixture.
  5. Cover and cook on low heat for 4 to 5 hours.
  6. Fill buns with 1/3 cup of the finished product.

Used a whole package of taco seasoningand prepared it in a skillet instead of the crockpot. Was very good.
