I live just north of Toronto, Ontario, Canada. I work in professional services, and it makes it very hard to set a "normal" week's schedule because my client's deadlines need to be met so I have a difficult time finding time for exercise.
I don't have kids yet, just a husband and cat... which when combined with work, is enough to keep me busy.
I've been overweight as long as I can remember (I think 3 years old was the last time I was "normal")... my goal is to be healthier, and where that leads me, I'll have to figure out.
I currently record all my stuff on My Fitness Pal (same user name if you want to look me up), simply because it sync's with my Fitbit.
