Ok, I have been on this site for awhile but I am just now getting to do my Bio and just put up a picture! Guess it takes me awhile to get use to technology, lol!
I am a 56 year young F. I have had issues with my weight for as long as I can remember. I was a typical "yo-yo" dieter in my teens & 20s then 30s weight was 'sort of' stable, late 40s and now it is up there and so difficult to loose. My highest weight was 200# and I feel best at 138-142# range. Guess my metabolism is very efficient in that it will hold on to every pound and not allow me to starve! But I really need to get the weight off for me. I saw a good saying on this site that I'm going to adopt; I'm going to stay on this weight loss and eating right program because "I promised my heart I would". Oh a little more about me, I have 2 grown sons and another one that I kind of adopted and he adopted me that I consider a son. A mix lab puppy girl that is my little girl and goes almost everyplace with me, also cats at home (that really don't want to go anyplace with me)! Have a sometimes stressfull job and life besides, but loving this site and all the support here. Super people, so glad I found you!
