Jillian Michaels dvds - results?
I did the 30 day shred and it definately worked. You just need to keep it up, don't look at me, I didn't. I bought the new Bob Harper cardio one and that is killer also

Changing Workouts
So I feel like I'm at a plateau with weightloss. While it looks like I've lost a good amount of weight, I really don't think I am. I mean my weigh in days I magically drop weight, (except for this week I supposedly gained 5 lbs), the rest of the week I gain. Ugh. Here is my normal workout routine.
Sunday-Last Chance Workout/UpperBody Sculpt with either Yoga or Running/Walking at the gym sometimes I'll throw the elliptical in for 15-20 minutes.
Monday-Last Chance workout with upper body sculpt and whatever week I'm in on c25k. again sometimes I'll throw the elliptical in
Tuesday-Last Chance workout with upper body sculpt and yoga
Wednesday-Same as Monday
Thursday-Same as Tuesday
Friday-Same as Monday
Saturday-I am starting a spin class at the gym and llast chance workout with upper body sculpt.

Also all days I do all the ab moves off of Jillian Michaels 30 day shred. I know my diet isn't the greatest and I would like to get that in order. I orginally started losing weight on Atkins but I knew it wasn't an eating style I could do long term. So I switched to counting calories. The problem is I seem to eat all the wrong things. I would like some suggestions as to how to improve my workouts and my diet. I appreciate the suggestions and tips I have been reading up on the spike day also. I think I should be eating around 1200-1300 on a daily basis but I'm not too sure. I start my new job on Friday and I'll be working in a warehouse supposedly walking anywhere from 12-20 miles in my 10 hour shift so that needs to be factored in as well. I will be wearing my pedometer to get an average of my steps and walking. Thanks in advance

exercising at night
I'm like you, I exercise at night too. It's just easier to do when the kids are in bed. I also try to do a workout dvd during naptime. It helps me sleep better also. I wish I could go in the morning because it does jumpstart my day. But at least I make the time to exercise

Unsupportive or Understandable, what's your take?
This topic has gotten quite interesting. Thanks for all the support an opinions. I completely understand not being attracted to someone because of their habits. I personally can not stand smoking or chewing tobacco anymore so that would be an automatic deal dreaker for me. During my journey I became unattracted to my husband because of both his internal and external qualities, mostly his internal though. If you don't like me, tell me. Is it going to hurt my feelings? Most likely a little, but I would rather have someone be honest then lie. I really think deep down it wasn't about how much I weighed, he just knew that weight is a sensitive topic for me. It always has been. I mean his little girlfriend was always a good thirty pounds heavier then I was and she looked it. There are so many issues I really just scratched the surface. I stayed for a long time due to the fact I had low self-esteem. I thought I didn't deserve better, all my life I heard that. Plus, I have kids, 2 beautiful kids that I didn't want to have divorced parents. It isn't fun to be a child of divorce, at least not for me. I wanted to break the generational curse of divorce for my children. According to members of my church you are supposed to work things out with your spouse no matter what. If you can't change them, God can was a saying. Well I prayed and he never seemed to change for long, only getting worse. I grew tired and just couldn't take it any longer. Seriously, I got a whole big thing just for trying to go out of the house to go to the store with my kids. No one was allowed to see me because they might hit on me apparently. Whatever, it was control and now that I refuse to be controlled he can't stand it. I just know deep down in my heart that it was the right thing to do.

I just read a post in a different thread where the ladies husband said that if she ever got back up to a certain weight he'd cheat and leave her again. (original post) it's on the second page near the top if you're interested.

Well this prompted some backlash against him and I was curious why this was. Was it the threat to leave, to cheat, the weight limit. I have my own opinions but I'm curious what are yours and why?

I am curious as to your opinions since you are of the opposite sex
