Peanut Butter Cups

These awesome cups taste just like peanut butter ice cream.

  1. Mix half a cup of peanut butter with one container of whipped topping like fat free cool whip.
  2. Spoon in muffin tin with cupcake papers.
  3. Drizzle with chocolate syrup.
  4. Freeze for 6-8 hours.

when i made it, the points are always different, it depends on the size of cupcake papers i used. i just totaled it all and divided by how many i made!

I just made this in one bowl. I also cut up a banana with it an froze it. This deffinitly works as a replacement for ice cream!
I am addicted to PB Cups...this would be a great alternative! Thanks!

I don't think this receipe is for Atkins Induction Phase at all. It can be altered by using low suger or natural peanut butter, sugar-free whipped topping (or make your own w/Splenda), and make your own chocolate syrup with baking chocolate, butter, heavy cream, and Splenda.
