After 31 years of bumps,bruises, and mishaps, I have finally come to the conclusion that God knows what he’s doing, and does not need my help to in order to bless me. All things work together, indeed. I’ve also learned that I am better able fulfill the purpose He’s put me here for, when I am actually (faithfully) focused on my purpose, instead of the who’s, what’s, why’s and the why not’s that life has thrown me.

That aside, I have to take responsibility for my actions. What with my weight being the culmination of my own bad habits, the best way to be responsible is to make better decisions. It is time to treat my body as the temple that God created me to be.

Actually, at your first class, they give you a book with a series of questions, which factor weight, age, height, sex, and physical activities (like working, etc...) it is this formula that determines the amount of points one is allowed daily. The same thing with online enrollment. Before you get started with your plan, you answer a series of questions which determine your point allowance.

I found a Weight Watchers meeting in my area. It wil be my first one, so I'm psyched! It's at 8:00 am, so I'm going to bed! LOL Sad
