I'm 48 yrs old, married to my loving husband for 25yrs this month! We have 2 wonderful sons (23 & 19 yrs old) who attend college. I'm a TX Realtor and a Proud native of the Great state of Ohio...
Go Buckeyes!!!

Years ago, while stationed in Iceland (my husband is a 20yr Air Force vet) we found out we were being transferred to TX. Before leaving, my girlfriend turned me on to something called a chicken quesadilla.
Well...it was all down-hill from there!
:-)

Upon returning to the States, I ate every taco, enchilada, barrito, and quesadilla I could find. Not to mention the Margaritas! And, Oh My Goodness...I re-discovered fast food and all the delicious ethnic food restaurants our Great nation has to offer! I ate as though I was in a "Bet 'cha Can't" contest. It was all conveniently right here for the taking...so I took, and took, and did I mention...took!

I'd always been active and never really thought about my weight or portion control....Big Mistake!

As the years went on, so did the pounds. Now, 6yrs and 1000 diets later, I'm in the worst shape of my life. At least I WAS until I read an article about a woman who'd lost 125 lbs in 9 months on the FSD. Though that's not my personal weight-loss goal, I was thoroughly motivated by her story and photos! After doing some research, I decided to purchase the book....and here I am!

My biggest challenge: Consistency...especially, with exercise. The FSD is proving to be very helpful to me in overcoming that challenge.

I'm glad I found this website and I'm glad to be a part of this group!!!

Can we have this?
Thanks, Jacqi! I've heard the same about jello (don't care for it personally) but like I mentioned, I do Not think it's an 'allowable food' on our Plan.

The FatFree/SugarFree 'pudding' can be eaten at P3, but I wasn't sure about jello. I was able to avoid it all together, but provided the link for BabyT in hopes that she'll find her answer there!

I'm such a structured person...I ate 'by the letter' during the Phase 1 (P1) Detox, just to be on the safe side. Wink

Thanks again for your informed advice and best wishes!
All the best to you, as well!!!
Very Happy
