Garlic Lime Chicken

Garlic lime boneless chicken breast you can grill, broil or sauté.



  1. Mix together all the marinade ingredients.
  2. Place the chicken breasts in a re-closeable plastic bag.
  3. Pour the marinade over the chicken, close the bag.
  4. Toss well to coat the chicken with the marinade.
  5. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
  6. Drain and discard the marinade.
  7. Grill, broil or sauté as desired.

Fantastic! I used low-sodium soy sauce and only marinated for about 30 min (I was really hungry!) and it came out juicy and delicious. And it was really easy, so I think this one will become a regular.

This is a good simple marinade recipe. I was short on time so I only let the chicken marinade for about 45 minutes and saute'd it and it still had pleny of flavor. Would be even better char-broiled. I'll bet this would be a good marinade for pork loin as well.
