March 2018: Praise God for the next two weeks off from work for Spring Break!! Guess its time for a health overhaul. ;-) Ready and set to shed whatever weight God allows these days, and committed to staying within his boundaries of hunger and fullness--without defaulting to "busyness."

Follow as best I can WeighDown by Gwen Shamblin which I happened upon about four years. I like its faith-based approach to staying within the body's physiological boundaries of "true" hunger and "polite" fullness. Not mamby pamby in any way and feels so good to trust in God for everything, esp. when to eat.

Definitely am keeping everyone in this FS community in my prayers. Special hugs to all my buddies. "The city does not need the sun or the moon to shine on it, for the glory of God gives it light, and the Lamb is its lamp." (Revelation 21:23)
