Cheesecake Cups

Yummy cheesecake cups without the crust.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 °F (175 °C). Spray 12 cup muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Using mixer, mix cream cheese and sugar until creamy.
  3. Add vanilla extract and eggs, one at a time, until combined. Mix well.
  4. Add equally to 12 cup muffin tin.
  5. Bake for 40 minutes.
  6. Let cool and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Middles will sink.
  7. Fill with your favorite berries and top with whipped topping. Enjoy.

Reviews 
There are delicious and pretty enough to display, but the cooking time is a little long, in my opinion. Mine were slightly overdone at 35 minutes. Next time will try only 30 minutes.
