Army Brat with German mother who starved during WWII. As a result she made sure her children ate. Have an unhealthy food relationship, am working on figuring out why I binge eat am currently on a low carb diet. Am widowed, so can't blame anyone about what I eat....Dang. Love life, food and a good cold beer on a hot summer day or a glass of wine once in a while....not good for low carb diets....another dang! Will post another picture when I get closer to my goal weight.
