Frittata met Courgette en Geitenkaas

Rijk gevulde omelet met courgette.

Directions

  1. Verwarm de oven voor op 200 °C. Bak de salami zachtjes knapperig in een koekenpan. Schep de salami op keukenpapier en laat de reepjes uitlekken.
  2. Bak de uiringen, paprika en courgette in het bakvet al omscheppend in 3-4 minuten beetgaar. Klop de eieren los met de kruiden, 50 g geitenkaas, zout en (versgemalen) peper naar smaak.
  3. Verdeel het courgettemengsel in een lage ovenschaal en schenk het eimengsel erover. Strooi de salami en de rest van de kaas erover.
  4. Schuif de schaal op één richel onder het midden in de oven en laat de frittata in 25-30 minuten goudbruin worden.
