Frittata met Courgette en Geitenkaas
Rijk gevulde omelet met courgette.
Ingredients
Directions
- Verwarm de oven voor op 200 °C. Bak de salami zachtjes knapperig in een koekenpan. Schep de salami op keukenpapier en laat de reepjes uitlekken.
- Bak de uiringen, paprika en courgette in het bakvet al omscheppend in 3-4 minuten beetgaar. Klop de eieren los met de kruiden, 50 g geitenkaas, zout en (versgemalen) peper naar smaak.
- Verdeel het courgettemengsel in een lage ovenschaal en schenk het eimengsel erover. Strooi de salami en de rest van de kaas erover.
- Schuif de schaal op één richel onder het midden in de oven en laat de frittata in 25-30 minuten goudbruin worden.
