- Corte a couve flor em ramos e coloque numa travessa que possa ir ao forno. Tempere com sal e pimenta do reino, coloque por cima a lata de creme de leite uniformemente e distribua as colheres de requeijão (sem amido) polvilhe por cima o pacote de queijo ralado, cubra com papel alumínio e leve ao forno pre aquecido em 200 graus por 40 minutos.
Retire o papel alumínio e deixe mais 2-3 minutos para gratinar e pode servir
