196.6 lbs, been trying to get back on track the past couple days without much success. Today is the day!
196.6 lb Lost so far: 57.4 lb.    Still to go: 6.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

You have only to look at your overall profile and history to KNOW you're gonna rock this. You've done such an amazing job of taking back your health and you truly inspire me every day. I gained over Christmas too, my first since beginning this program, and I just read through the histories and journals of my buddies here, thinking if they can do it, I can do it. And I can. And so can you!

Don't let it get you down. I gained more than double your gain over the last month and that was after losing almost 125 pounds without a single cheat day lol. Guess I just snapped lol. Back in control now and restarted as of 1/1. Going to hit my goal this year!!!
