Still under goal, but I'm finding it difficult to maintain weight loss..Did get good news, Dr.s took me off of more meds, YYYEEESSSS so will see in 2 months what is going on ??? again !!! Seems I just go to Drs all the time..Getting older SUKS !!!! I'm stepping up my game to physical fitness, I'm hopping exercise and diet works, trying the OMAD WOE a few more times during week..It's helping in keeping me under goal !!! I will survive as I'm a FS warrior..And I'm DO N OK !!
198.0 lb Lost so far: 229.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It takes time to adjust to maintenance, I remember not finding my calories intake number. My chart was crazy 😜 for a while

I find that omad works great for me...but I also have weak moments and want to eat things that over time I've learned that I just can eat to maintain...your a work in progress..

Rosio is spot on! You'll find your nmbers, reducing ir ending meds is a hugh win!

I'm right there with you - I tend to think maintaining is just as hard as losing the weight - When I was losing, I did more cardio and CICO - now to maintain, I'm finding that I am having to hit the free weights a little more just to help maintain my weight. Besides, with the weight loss and my improving level of fitness, I feel way better than I did in my late 30's and 40's. Getting old doesn't suck, it's line wine - it gets better over time :)

I heard that losing weight is calorie deficit and maintaining is all about the exercise, does anyone know for sure?

For me maintenance is being able to eat 200-300 more calories more than when I was on a deficit. Maintenance is just as hard or even harder than weight loss. Cause when u happy n u forget where u been, u can end up right where u started 😳 We can never forget, this is where the old pics come in. Never forget
