Woke at #196, still there, have really not been down this weight in over 6 years, kind of needed to know as I'm off to the cardiologist, later today, as I only see once a year, Got a new Dr. One month ago, got letter saying they will no longer be taking my insurance. He was good, now search is on, have 5 months to look. Not feeling the best this week. Seems lately always something, only six more weeks of school and we are on summer term, so will lose around 160 students for summer, which will be easy peasy. And I'm DO N OK !

Woke at #196, I don't jump on the scale much. Try to keep it LIL LIAR out of my head. It's not always the scale, clothes fit good, so its OK.They fired my teacher assistant this Monday so have to pick up the game. Getting over whelming! but only 7 more weeks of school . I should be able to make it, And Life goes on and I'm DO N OK !

Woke at #197, was very surprised as I really have not been trying.Can't believe I'm still in ONEDERLAND. My wife is on a 3-month nursing assignment on the other side of Florida 1 hour away from the kids. I have not been going out to dinner much, My daughter and family are here for a week, since it is spring break, and I did eat a greek salad,with gryo meat last night with hummus and pita bread, I usually don't eat much at night. 2 doctors are scheduled this week since I'm on spring break also. I'm happy with the weight but still have the excess skin, not but its ugly, ALL in the belly area, with a stomach hernia. Drs, tell me because of age and other health issues they would not chance to take it off, So I'm stuck with it,wear 36-pants, so For my height 6-4, I guess I'm DO N OK !

Woke at #199, back in ONEDERLAND, I'm sure it will be brief, but at least the scale worked, My wife took my other scale to her job site as she is a nurse, and life goes on. College Expo today with 800ppl coming, Spring break start next week, my daughter and family coming, and life is good, And I'm DO N OK !

Woke at #200 same all the time, maybe scale broken ??? Nay, Went to Drs. A1C still high 7.5 it was lower when I weighed #427, must be age, of course Dr. gave me more meds, had to go with J U M B O pill box now for the days, same pills at night and my wife is leaving for a 3 month stint in Land O lakes as a Hospice nurse, been over 1 1/2 years since she worked last. Only 4 hours away and 40mins from grand kids so won't be to bad for her, and life goes on and I'm DO N OK !
