100 pounds lost today! I am close to my goal now, only 20 pounds more.
240.6 lb Lost so far: 100.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thanks everyone, it has been a journey for sure. As much as I have enjoyed the health benefits and the weight loss though, I have more so been happy about the knowledge I have gained on eating in general and what foods are good/bad (or better/worse). I honestly had no idea what I was putting in my body before calorie-wise and even worse I had no idea that the portions I ate were so rediculously out of control. My wife and I always split a meal at restaurants now and oftentimes go home without finishing our half of that shared meal. When I think back and remember that I used to eat the whole meal and would want more (or dessert)... wow.
