So, while I would not suggest type A influenza to anyone... I will say it has helped with the last 3 pounds of weight loss. I am almost out of the woods here, and lost some more weight so I'll take the win.
241.4 lb Lost so far: 99.2 lb.    Still to go: 21.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
