Patience. I will exercise patience. BULLSH!T. . . Fat leave my body I command you!

4 days --> 11/7 - 11/10 avg: calories 1668, carbs 46.14, miles 5. Scale # was lower finally!!!!
4 days --> 11/11 - 11/14 avg: calories 1870, carbs 118.07, miles 6. Scale is higher. Well this is where the story gets interesting:

I got on the scale Monday and my mouth dropped to the floor. It read 210.8 No frigging way. I averaged 2064 calories over those 2 days. Is it possible for the body to retain 6 pounds from excess salt intake (my esitmated guess as to why)? Wow!

So Coach, the non quitter, tightened the belt and stepped it up.
- Mon 11/13 11,333 steps 4.92 miles
- Tue 11/14 22,073 steps 10.09 miles (of which 5.38 was done last night when I got home 1:25:47 on the treadmill 7 PM - 8:25 PM watched Weird Science... burned 933 calories 126 bpm hr [9 min peak, 37 min cardio, 40 min fat burn])
- avg during those days: calories - 1676, carbs - 64.55

I squeezed in a 23:30 hr fast between Monday 2 PM and Tues 1:30 PM liquids only 85 calories total (cream)

I WILL WIN. The scale was down from the scary 210 on Mon to 207 this morning 48 hrs later. Still higher than Sat's 204.8 but I'm ok with it ... FOR NOW.

I will not quit. I will push on. I will do another 24hr liquid fast today ( already 12 hrs in) Let's go, Let's go!

Patience. I will be patient but focused!

We must self experiment and find what works for our own body.

I need to fuel my body foods in their most natural state as possible. [[An important trend I noticed with me that was without even focusing on calories just eating real foods, I was satisfied, and the scale # got lower.]]

Onwards! My Body, My Rules!

The first day I overeat carbs I gain 2 lbs water weight. If I do it two days in a row I gain 6 lbs. Even if I am adhering to a calorie deficit. It has to be all water weight I think. Definitely important to keep our eyes on long term goals good luck!

I've found that if it's not something I could grow, raise, or make myself, I probably shouldn't eat it.

Thanks RunningJ, Movieb & Crankyb. This will be TMI, but on 2 occasions today, I had to clench, My eyes opened up real wide and I ran to the bathroom, Muhaaaa. I made it safe and sound. Things were stuck but they now have been eliminated.

I have noticed that the perimeter of the grocery store is where the fresh, natural, and whole foods are located. Try to avoid the processed foods that are on the aisles.

Is it possible for the body to retain that much water? Yes, I remember retaining five pounds in one day when I was younger. We got this!
