@Judyrose1997 - nice to know I helped! @Horseshu1 - I try NOT to, but it seems my feet won't discuss anything with my brain? @ehead - you're welcome (as long as the weather holds, I guess). @cherik1 - appreciate that, lady!

God job. I try and walk outside when it is above 32 with no rain or ice on the ground.

Awesome job on both the diet and overall approach 371to184, hope you continue your winning ways for months and years to come!! BTW, it's relatively warm up here in Canada near the Rockies...today's early morning walk with my dog it was 12F (-11 C)...that's not too bad a temperature for this time of year up here.

@ClarityAnn - makin' me blush! @iulani - wow, perspective is a healthy thing (brr!) @chesgreen - then where's the challenge in that (lol) @Steven_Lloyd - relatively warm? wow (brr!)

Yup...couple degrees warmer we break out shorts and t-shirts (just kidding, sorta). Hey Ches, didn't mean to shade your post re temperature for walking...up here we just take what we get and are happy if it's bearable :-)
